PPMEO OOD was found in 2010 in the city of Sevlievo, Bulgaria, as a company whose main activities lie in the project design, manufacturing, mounting and retrofit of electrical equipment in energy transmission, distribution and industry sector.
The activity of the company is developing in three main directions:
- Refurbishment, overhaul, manufacturing and delivery of spare parts for minimum oil high voltage breakers type: MMO 110 kV;
- Design, manufacturing, dismounting, mounting and commissioning of medium and high voltage electrical equipment;
- Warranty and non-warranty service of electrical MV and HV equipment of different manufacturers;
At the moment PPMEO OOD has 21 employees. Our team consists of highly qualified electrical engineers and designers with many years of experience in manufacturing and installation of electrical equipment for medium and high voltage, as well as young specialists.
The company has a fully equipped production premises and warehouse in the town of Sevlievo, as well as own transport for the implementation of projects and services on site for it’s customers.
In March 2013, based on a contract signed with the company ABB, PPMEO OOD became the official successor in spare parts manufacturing, repair and refurbishment of minimum oil circuit breakers type MMO 110 kV.
PPMEO OOD performs a wide variety of projects, including delivery, mounting and commissioning of HV equipment, such as disconnectors, circuit breakers, instrument transformers and the related steel and concrete support structures for them.
For medium voltage systems, PPMEO provides project design, complete retrofit of masonry cells and switchgear and delivery of new installations.
Our team has a rich experience in working with various local and international manufacturers of electrical equipment presented on the Bulgarian market, such as ABB, Siemens, Schneider, Coelme, etc.
For the period from its foundation, PPMEO OOD has established itself as a reliable, responsible and committed partner to its clients though the execution of various projects.
Our customers are well respected companies engaged in production, transmission and distribution of electrical energy, as well as electrical commissioning, construction and commercial activities.
The company is certified according to ISO 9001:2015.

The management body of PPMEO, LLC holds the responsibility to develop and maintain a System for quality management, aimed at achieving complete fulfillment of the requirements of its customers and in the same time of all applicable legal requirements for its fields of business.
Following the above-mentioned the operations of the company are focused towards:

- Increasing the competitiveness of the services provided by the company;
- Constantly ongoing survey and gathering of customer’s feedback regarding the services provided to them by the company;
- Providing for organizational measures ensuring quick and apt reply to signals for problems regarding services which received form customers and in the same time minimizing the root causes for such signals;
- Developing and maintaining a proper and welcoming atmosphere at the company’s premises aimed at constantly boosting the motivation of the staff;

The management body of the company is devoted to making the described policy to be brought to the attention of the staff, explained, modified when necessary and aptly executed across defined intervals of time aimed at maintaining its adequacy.
